A pilates sculpt workout created with your bikini body in mind.
Over the years, the majority of my clients have requested a very similar goal- to build and shape their glutes while keeping the rest of their body lean and toned. I was already training this way for photoshoots and runways, so I decided to give it a name.
The Bikini Body Method™ is all about toning and sculpting the full body with a specialized focus on building strong, defined glutes and abs using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
My method incorporates pilates-like exercises for the full body coupled with heavy weight training that targets the glutes while still making sure the legs stay lean. I emphasize and teach proper form because it is imperative to make sure you are feeling the exercises in the correct places!
Classes in the Allegra Paris Bikini Body pop up studios include low impact targeted weight training, resistance band & mat pilates exercises, and yoga-infused recovery.
These intimate pilates sculpt classes combine full body toning with an emphasis on glute and core strength, giving you the tools to grow your glutes and build lean ab muscle while perfecting your form.
In class and online, I provide personalized guidance to ensure you learn how to train correctly, guaranteeing results and building confidence.
