I believe everyone is different and requires their own personalized program. If all you have is grandpa’s old dumbbells in the garage, your program will be catered to those. If it’s important that you enjoy a glass of rosé on a Saturday evening, I’ll work that into your program as well.
I also believe you need consistent support while pursuing your goals, therefore, you can message me with questions and concerns 24/7 directly in the AP FIT app. I will also check in with you regularly to make sure you’re seeing results and losing inches off your waist!

A fitness transformation journey with online coach, Allegra Paris. The program includes customized workout plans, meal plans, progress tracking, and 24/7 messaging with Allegra.
The AP FIT Program is $150/month. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter and check the @allegraparisfit Instagram for seasonal sales and discounts.
Once you complete the sign up questionnaire, your workout plan is created based on your goals, preferences, and what equipment you have available. You can choose to complete your program at home or in a gym.
After completing the sign up questionnaire, you will receive a personalized monthly workout plan in your app that includes what exercises you’ll be doing each day of the week. All exercises include rep count, weight load, and demo videos!

Yes! After you complete the sign up questionnaire, Allegra calculates your personal macronutrients in order to develop the most efficient meal plan for you.
Via the app, you can track your weight, body measurements, before & after photos, and connect your MyFitnessPal. There is also an option to track your workout progress.
